Patrick Harding is a Performance Coach with over 14 years’ experience in Elite & Professional Sports. He is a Chartered Physiotherapist, a Strength & Conditioning Coach, as well as a Mental Performance Coach. Patrick utilises that skillset in creating the optimal environment for athletes to grow as individuals, as well as supporting them to reach their full professional potential.

He holds degrees in Applied Physiology and Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, as well as a Masters degree in Strength & Conditioning. It is this culmination of knowledge and skills, alongside his extensive involvement at the highest levels of performance sports that his training philosophies and methodologies are based on.

His experience spans professional rugby, golf, boxing, & football having spent a tenure at Arsenal Football Club, as well successful Olympic cycles with Team GB at the Rio and Tokyo Olympic games. For the past 7 years he has been entrenched in the F1 world having worked closely with Alex Albon as his Performance Coach, as well as more recently developing the Driver Performance & Development structure at Williams F1 Racing as the Williams Academy Performance Lead.

Patrick is currently also completing his doctorate in the space of young athlete talent identification and development from Dublin City University. With this illustrious career behind him, Patrick brings a unique angle of expertise to RAFA Performance that will feed into RAFA Racing’s commitment to developing some of the world’s most elite young motorsports athletes into the future
